Job summary

You will support branch operations under guidance from the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, while expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow bank policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail with numbers and written instructions.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling accurately and confidentially (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and manage ATM cash and night drop deposits.
• Provide proactive solutions and referrals based on client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services and stay updated on changes.
• Support branch goals and compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
