Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies and systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and written instructions.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and support ATM and night drop deposits.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding money in the cash drawer and funds transfer.
• Interact with clients, anticipate needs, and offer proactive solutions.
• Deepen knowledge of Columbia Bank products and stay updated on changes.
• Discuss and uncover customers' financial needs to offer suitable products.
• Support branch referral goals by identifying and referring products to partners.
