Job summary

Top Tempo Technical seeks an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to be the primary technical resource and strategic advisor for existing clients. This role blends deep mechanical and building systems expertise with strong relationship management to uncover opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will manage client accounts, work with operations and leadership to deliver high-quality service, lead renewal conversations, and identify new service

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, service delivery, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical, facilities, or technical services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Serve as the main point of contact for service needs and issue resolution
• Partner with field and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Lead client check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal conversations
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Identify and support additional service opportunities within accounts
• Maintain accurate account activity within CRM systems
