Job summary

MAU is seeking a Staffing Specialist to source, screen, and place personnel per client work orders. You will counsel associates, ensure safe work environments, and maintain compliant hiring and firing practices. Regularly engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction is a key component of this role.

You will manage applicant flow, onboard new hires, administer policies, and maintain candidate pools to enable quick turnaround on job orders across client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional work experience in a business setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain applicant flow by developing recruiting sources and processing candidates.
• Review work orders and interact with customers regularly.
• Pre-screen, interview, hire, counsel, and evaluate associates; terminate when needed.
• Onboard new associates to client standards and administer policies.
• Manage candidate pools and ensure quick turnaround on job orders.
