Qualifications

• Sales experience in B2C or direct sales is expected.
• High school diploma required; additional sales or hospitality training is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Empathy, drive and a ability to help clients navigate sensitive situations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' needs, build rapport with empathy, and present services.
