You will win client trust and present service packages to prospective clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with a supportive, growth‑oriented team in a dynamic on-site role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2C sales or high-touch customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Comfort using CRM systems for call logging and lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' needs, build rapport with empathy, recommend service packages, and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead receipt to closure, including follow-up, negotiating terms, and closing consultations.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support, referrals, and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Prioritize daily outreach tasks to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to a dynamic work schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or travel to accommodate client needs.
