Job summary

You will help promote our MAPS-driven service model, build client relationships, and ensure accurate, friendly service at the register. The role involves maintaining store standards, participating in visual directives, and supporting replenishment while working a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• State age requirements apply: 16+ in listed states; 18+ otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by using sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, pricing and visual standards.
• Supports replenishment, boutique cleanliness and organization as directed by Management.
• Promotes MAPS principles and provides a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Ensures a fast, accurate register experience and adherence to payment, coupon, return and security policies.
