Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential; be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by using sales techniques and communicating product knowledge.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Models MAPS principles and offers omni-channel service.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly and ensures fast checkout experiences.
• Promotes gift card sales and signs up clients for rewards program.
• Builds client following through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Keeps product fit and style knowledge current in-store and online.
• Maintains consistent client communication using customer book.
• Supports replenishment, locate fulfillment, and visual directives.
