Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meets store sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and helping customers find merchandise.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Supports replenishment and fulfills locate requests to keep the store stocked.
• Executes visual directives including floor sets and signage as directed by Management.
• Delivers MAPS-based personal service and cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly and handles payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Encourages sign-ups for the rewards program and builds client following.
• Maintains knowledge of product fit and availability in-store and online.
• Supports boutique cleanliness, organization, and overall store operations.
