Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support Management in delivering a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will help provide a great customer experience and maximize store profitability across in-store and online channels.

You will promote MAPS principles, assist with inventory, promotions, and visual standards, and build client relationships through personalized service. Eligibility includes 18+, retail experience preferred, and flexibility for nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
• Supports replenishment and store presentation to keep merchandise available and appealing.
• Models MAPS customer service and delivers an omni-channel experience.
• Signs up clients for reward programs and builds client relationships.
• Maintains a fast, accurate, and friendly register experience; handles returns and policies.
• Keeps boutique clean, organized, and aligned with visual directives.
