Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch in New York. You will represent the brand with hospitality while using advanced banking solutions to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships.

Your knowledge will help tailor financial solutions to meet clients' needs and support branch success. Responsibilities include meeting clients in person and by phone, educating them on technology tools, and collaborating with a team of experts to address complex financial needs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related field.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining risk/compliance.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
