Job summary

Old National Bank in Minnesota is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and deepen client relationships by delivering personalized financial guidance and solutions. You will connect clients with Old National’s range of products to support their financial goals.

You will engage clients through proactive outreach, provide a high-quality client experience, and collaborate with the team to drive growth while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or client-facing environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
• Achieve individual performance goals including account growth, lending, referrals, and digital adoption.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements in all activities.
