Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years experience in banking, sales, relationship management, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates by ensuring prompt, professional interactions.
• Foster and strengthen retail banking relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex issues/concerns.
• Coordinate sales efforts across lines of business and communicate across departments.
• Act as customer’s personal banker, offering products and services that meet needs.
• Cross-sell products and services and perform related clerical duties such as account maintenance.
