Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, responsive support by handling inbound inquiries related to Property & Casualty products.
• Investigate, research, and resolve complex product, service, and technical questions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Use multiple software applications, carrier and bureau websites, HRIS, and online reporting systems to research information.
• Stay current on insurance industry developments and contribute to process improvements and training.
