Job summary

VIRA Insight, LLC is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to support the project management team, delivering excellent customer service and coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and estimating. This role emphasizes teamwork, proactive communication, and reliable scheduling.

The position requires strong Excel skills, CAD familiarity, and the ability to read blueprints. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in account or project management.

Responsibilities

• Address all customer calls with the utmost respect and resolve concerns.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly conference calls with customers to review status and timelines.
• Develop shipping schedules; coordinate with purchasing and shipping on special orders.
• Maintain demands/POs received through email or customer portals.
• Work with logistics to determine shipping schedules for rollouts and orders.
• Provide estimating and drafting with accurate dimensions and photos for bids.
• Travel regionally up to 25% for site visits and setup when required.
• Assist estimating with bids for regular and online orders.
• Review blueprints to provide fixture counts and material quantities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
