Qualified candidates have at least 5 years in client relations or project management, with a science background. The position is based in Knoxville, TN, with a Monday–Friday dayshift and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client-relationship or project management experience.
• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences; six years related experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client projects through all phases of laboratory operations.
• Oversee project setup, invoicing, and delivery of reports to clients.
• Manage subcontracts, lab capacity, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
