Proven IT is seeking a Healthcare IT Service Account Coordinator to ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams. This role focuses on service, project, billing, and onboarding activities within a healthcare-focused managed IT services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional client support and coordination across departments.
• Create, update, and prioritize tickets; ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Coordinate bi-weekly center meetings and track progress on open tickets.
• Prepare quotes and support inside sales for hardware, licensing, or services.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on responsibilities and scheduling for active projects.
• Respond to urgent requests and route issues to appropriate teams; assist with renewals.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain IT Glue documentation for accuracy.
• Support billing accuracy with up-to-date user lists and inventories.
• General cross-team support and information gathering for client environments.
