Job summary

INTREN, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for customers on assigned contracts and drive overall operational performance. The role ensures all contract requirements are met, projects meet performance targets, and data is accurately entered into INTREN systems.

The PM collaborates with executive leadership to manage relationships, resolve customer issues, and guide staff through project setup, execution, and closeout with a focus on quality data and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Requires effective oral and written communication skills and strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities of assigned projects from inception through close-out.
• Directs staff to ensure job setup, production accuracy, cost accuracy and change orders are performed.
• Provides project status reports to Senior Project Manager as required.
• Responsible for overall project performance (P&L) and for client communication.
• Maintains resource-loaded schedules and ensures timely documentation and invoicing.
• Leads project teams using project management tools and ensures contractual terms are met.
