Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Coastline Insurance Personal Lines Account Manager in Southport, NC. This in-office, full-time role focuses on managing service, sales, and renewal marketing for a producer's book of business.

The position emphasizes knowledge of personal and commercial lines, strong client communication, and collaboration with carriers and brokers to optimize coverage and service. 3–5 years in related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of policy coverages, underwriting principles and service procedures.
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, especially commercial or personal lines account management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field adds value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for the producer's book of business.
• Act as liaison between clients and carrier/broker underwriters to resolve questions and changes.
• Review coverages with insureds and advise on terms, exposures and risk mitigation.
• Identify coverage gaps and round out accounts with additional products (Umbrella, Inland Marine, etc.).
• Quote and bind new business and support renewal marketing and remarketing.
• Prepare and submit applications, renewal docs, and invoices accurately.
• Resolve underwriting issues and support policy servicing from binding through renewal.
• Manage claims on behalf of insureds with end-to-end support.
