Job summary

TD Bank US is seeking a Client Service Associate at our Pennsauken Financial Center to deliver everyday banking with accuracy, confidence and a high-touch, relationship-driven client experience.

You will greet clients, process a broad range of transactions, educate customers on products and self-serve options, and refer to partners to help achieve financial goals while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients. Experience can include volunteering, education, military experience
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates client experience by managing client flow and inquiries
• Delivers hospitality ambassador experience aligned to TD's service strategy
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions
• Refs clients to specialists to meet financial goals while maintaining risk controls
• Performs broad range of client transactions within approved limits
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues as needed
