Job summary

Academy Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Kansas to foster strong client relationships and understand individual financial goals. You will promote bank products, open accounts accurately, and provide guided, friendly service.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, resolving client needs, and collaborating with branch teammates to achieve growth and loyalty. Experience in banking sales and digital tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen existing client relationships through cold calling, outbound calls, sales meetings, and group presentations of bank products and services.
• Provide fast, easy, and personalized service; resolve issues promptly; build lasting relationships; own client needs through successful resolution.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and client retention goals through relationship management and consistent execution of sales strategies.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored solutions, including deposit accounts, digital banking, credit cards, and lending products; promote full-service relationship.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels; increase adoption and enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify referrals and ensure comprehensive financial solutions for clients.
• Accurately open and service accounts, process transactions, and complete documentation per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, bank policies, and procedures (BSA, OFAC, audit, security).
• Complete required training timely and maintain knowledge of products, regulations, and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
