Job summary

Academy Bank in Colorado Springs is seeking a Personal Banker who builds lasting client relationships by understanding financial goals and offering tailored banking solutions. You will help clients open accounts, promote digital tools, and provide exceptional service through proactive outreach and knowledgeable guidance.

You will work with the branch team to meet sales and referral targets, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and foster loyalty by delivering a seamless, helpful banking

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking or relevant sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• NMLS licensing required and ability to obtain a state notary license.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and deepen client relationships through outbound calls, meetings, and group presentations of banking products.
• Provide fast, personalized service, resolve issues, and ensure client needs are met.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and retention goals through effective relationship management.
• Identify client financial needs and offer tailored solutions across deposits, digital banking, cards, and lending.
• Educate clients on digital tools and self-service channels to boost adoption.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Accurately open and service accounts and process transactions per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, audits, and security procedures.
