Qualifications

• NMLS licensing and registration required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, friendly, and personal service while resolving client questions.
• Promotes banking products and services to clients and prospects to meet sales goals.
• Opens accounts, processes transactions, and recommends additional products.
• Educates clients on digital banking platforms and self-service channels.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and protects client information.
