You will open various deposit accounts, resolve customer issues, and cross-sell banking products. You may process routine transactions and join the teller line as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years retail banking experience.
• Three to five years personal banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open all types of deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Resolve customer service issues and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check issuance).
• Work on the teller line as needed.
