Qualifications

• Strong communication and sales skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, easy, and personal service, resolving client requests and promoting bank products.
• Promotes consumer and small business banking products to clients and prospects.
• Opens checking and savings accounts and processes client transactions.
• Refers products and services to other business lines as appropriate.
• Educates clients on digital banking platforms and self-service channels.
• Maintains client information confidentiality and adheres to regulatory requirements.
