KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in Delmar to engage clients, uncover financial goals, and provide guidance to enhance financial wellness both in person and by proactive calling. You will attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients through effective conversations and trusted advisory skills.

You will work with a team to meet sales and service goals, ensure compliance, and support branch operations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts (loan to value, debt to income, credit reports).
• Foundational sales and service techniques: tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking.
• Comfort with small business clients, overcoming objections, and fact-finding to be helpful.
• Experience influencing partners and leveraging centers of influence (e.g., Mortgage, Investment).
• Working knowledge of PCs (Windows, Word/Excel) and digital platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Open personal and business accounts and manage deposits and lending products.
• Achieve activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
• Develop partnerships with branch colleagues and other business lines to deepen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; some Saturdays may be required.
