Job summary

The Atlantic District in Stamford, CT is seeking a motivated Multi-Line Insurance Agent to join our close-knit office. You will be the face of the agency for clients, helping protect homes, businesses, and futures while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a stable, supportive environment.

Requirements include CT Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, at least three years of experience, and proficiency with agency management systems and digital rating tools.

Qualifications

• CT Property & Casualty license required or in progress
• CT Life & Health license required or in progress
• 3+ years of experience managing a diverse insurance book
• Experience with agency management systems and rating tools
• CIC or CPCU is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze client profiles to recommend coverage solutions.
• Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication.
• Proactively reach out to existing policyholders to ensure coverage stays aligned with life changes.
• Identify local networking opportunities to represent The Atlantic District in Stamford.
• Manage policy renewals and document client interactions in the database.
• Collaborate with agency staff to streamline workflows and improve the client experience.
