Job summary

Mainstay Technologies in Manchester, NH seeks an experienced IT professional to deliver responsive break/fix services for a diverse client base. You will work with staff across client environments, building relationships and owning issues from start to finish.

As an RS Tech you’ll collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers, responding to incidents, troubleshooting across the tech stack, and contributing to continuous improvement to deliver a fantastic client experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT experience required.
• Associates degree or professional certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive break/fix IT support for 100+ client organizations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across desktop, printers, email, servers, VPNs, and line-of-business apps.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and engineers to deliver end-to-end service.
