Job summary

FIT Solutions, LLC is an innovative national IT Services firm seeking an IT Engineer to support varied client environments. You will maintain server and endpoint systems, manage Microsoft 365, AD, and virtualization platforms, and provide expert configurations across Azure and AWS. Strong customer service and problem-solving are essential for success.

The role includes on-site and remote work with up to 50% travel, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016-2022).
Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Teams.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell.
Knowledge of virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix.
Experience with cloud platforms: Azure and/or AWS.
Familiarity with networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls.
Experience with endpoint management, desktop support, and user support.
Experience using PSA and RMM tools.
Strong cybersecurity practices and MFA awareness.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships through proactive engineering and problem solving to generate revenue.
Deliver best-in-class customer service to uphold raving fan culture.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems onsite and remote.
Provide timely resolutions of system and/or application problems and follow through to completion.
Assist in documentation and training to enhance client experience.
Design, prepare quotes for technology solutions within the client budget.
Install, configure, and maintain network elements, computer systems and related equipment.
Document daily work through ConnectWise ticketing system.
Participate in the on-call rotation with the team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
