Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking an on-site storeroom associate to manage receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory control while delivering excellent customer service to clients. The role includes locating stock, verifying inventory, and processing transactions in ERP systems.

The position emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of parts and inventory needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency – Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in part identification.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site Safety and Security Procedures; perform tasks safely and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Unpack purchased material, verify against packing slip/PO, enter receiving and inventory data in ERP.
• Issue materials to client; pull, stage and kit material as required.
• Maintain storeroom organization; verify on-hand quantities and reorder needs.
