• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and current clients to build a strong relationship and trust.
• Assess clients’ needs and provide appropriate policy recommendations based on those needs.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company on a monthly basis.
• Actively participate in local community events to promote Allstate - The Cox Group and build brand awareness.
• Work closely with the team to strategize sales approaches and share insights to improve sales techniques.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest insurance products and industry changes to better serve clients.
