Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
• Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and attentive service.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing matters.
• Educate customers about insurance products using a needs-based review process to ensure they are well-informed about their coverage options.
• Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records in agency systems.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and provide consistent, high-quality service.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support agency operations.
