Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and carrier partners with timely, professional support.
• Assist with policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates, billing inquiries, and claims support.
• Review coverage and identify solutions that meet client needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems.
• Support renewal activity and assist with premium financing when needed.
• Collaborate with Producers to grow and retain business.
