You will proactively market relevant insurance and financial products to meet customer needs, provide friendly service, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance sales and administration.
• Ability to manage customer relationships.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to interact within a team environment.
• NJ Property & Casualty license necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
