Job summary

Anthony Dow - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, grow the agency through customer relationships, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, provide prompt, friendly service, and promote products and services that meet clients’ needs, with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service; respond to inquiries about product availability, coverage, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
