Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
• Curious relationship builders who spark conversations to help clients.
• Understanding of consumer credit – including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions.
• Experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence (Key Investment Services, Mortgage, etc.).
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows) and MS Office including Word, Excel.
• Ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized financial wellness recommendations to clients during in-person or phone conversations.
• Open personal and business accounts and related products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and proper documentation.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions when needed.
• Participate in in-person morning huddles and daily debriefs; may lead sessions.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
