Job summary

The role requires handling deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and other banking transactions while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

You will support Office Leader, manage risk, and refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury Management as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Handle banking transactions and office capture duties; adhere to three-ring standard.
• Manage annual performance and mentoring for team members; collaborate with HR.
• Observe and report policy, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
