Pinnacle is seeking a Financial Specialist to serve clients as a single touch point, minimize hand-offs, and engage clients in conversations about banking products and solutions. The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality client experience and expanding existing relationships while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The position involves handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, new accounts, and various banking services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and mathematical reasoning with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks with time management, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive in-person and phone service; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support three-ring standard: all phones answered by a live person within three rings.
• Open new accounts and assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedures and applicable laws; manage risk.
• Provide client support for general service including account maintenance and other banking needs.
• Meet clients' financial needs and refer to Trust, Investments, Insurance, etc. as appropriate.
• Coach and develop team members; support HR functions regarding hiring and employee relations.
• Identify and address risk; raise violations when observed; provide operational support to Office Leader.
