Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales experience in a client-centric environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and processes.
• Experience engaging clients in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for financial center clients.
• Uncover personal banking needs and connect clients to specialists.
