Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking a Financial Specialist - Floating to deliver distinctive service to clients across multiple Pinnacle offices. You will be a single touch point, engage clients in conversations about products and solutions, and promote a highly engaged client experience by embracing the Pinnacle Way.

You will handle banking transactions, new accounts, and compliance duties while expanding relationships and supporting office leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software; solid knowledge of banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and over the phone, resolve inquiries, and greet clients as they enter the office.
• Perform banking transactions and assist with new accounts, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance inquiries.
• Adhere to banking guidelines and policies to reduce risk; ensure compliance with federal regulations and state laws.
• Raising and reporting violations in a timely fashion; support office leadership and team coordination.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as required.
