Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balance inquiries.
• Open new accounts and process related paperwork; verify credentials and documentation.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and firm policies; monitor risk and reports.
