Job summary

Unisys Corporation is seeking a delivery-focused leader to guide a Client Delivery Executive team. You will coordinate with internal product, service, and related teams to ensure delivery of contracted services, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue retention.

This role emphasizes coaching, guidance, and proactive problem resolution to support strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS with 4–6 years of relevant experience, plus 0–2 years of leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 0-2 years' leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Guide team through delivery of contracted services and ensure successful execution
• Lead day-to-day client contact and cross-functional engagement
• Oversee service reviews, issue resolution and reporting
• Allocate work, coach team members, and provide corrective feedback as needed
• Serve as first escalation point for issues raised by team members or customers
