Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Texas. You will deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and help customers find the right financial solutions.

This full-time role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional extended hours, including Saturdays. Responsibilities include receiving and processing payments, promoting loan products, balancing cash drawers, and supporting branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred Cash Handling, Sales, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and deposits, including balancing and preparing deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, purchasing office supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
