Job summary

OakStar Bank is seeking a Corporate Services Associate to provide exceptional service and support to customers using the bank's corporate services. You will guide onboarding, educate clients, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with sales, operations, and tech teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes strong relationship building, problem solving, and ongoing client education to ensure smooth adoption of services across multiple products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in customer service, sales support, or corporate services in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of business structures (LLCs, partnerships, corporations).
• Familiarity with corporate services products and operational processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers using corporate services products.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding products and services.
• Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring all requirements are met.
