Job summary

The successful candidate will work closely with loan officers and processors, ensuring timely documentation, data integrity, and seamless communication with borrowers to keep loan pipelines moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in loan processing, loan administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with loan products, documentation, and regulatory requirements (e.g., RESPA, TILA, ECOA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation, including applications, promissory notes, and disclosures.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Coordinate with borrowers and loan officers to obtain required documentation.
• Input and update loan data in the loan management system and maintain loan files.
• Assist with preparation and execution of loan documents during closing and funding processes.
