You will help manage client relationships, coordinate account services, prepare documentation, and ensure a seamless experience for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, or client service.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for private banking clients, providing responsive, courteous, and professional service.
• Assist with client inquiries, account maintenance, problem resolution, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely completion of action items.
• Maintain understanding of client accounts to provide personalized support.
• Gather and verify required documentation for new accounts, credit requests, and wire transfers.
• Ensure client records comply with bank policies and regulatory standards.
