OakStar Bank is seeking a Private Banking Specialist to deliver high-level administrative and client service support to Private Bankers and Wealth Advisors. You will manage client relationships, coordinate account services, and ensure a seamless experience for high-net-worth clients.

The role requires discretion, attention to detail, and collaboration across loan operations, deposit operations, compliance, and trust to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML and banking regulations for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for private banking clients, providing responsive, professional service.
• Assist with client inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare materials for reviews.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Support onboarding and transitions between departments as needed.
