• Delivers personalized client service in person and by phone.
• Opens and maintains accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs.
• Discusses client needs and offers appropriate solutions.
• Processes consumer loan requests and may handle small business loans.
• Documents referrals and client activity in CRM.
• Performs teller duties as needed and ensures accuracy.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and supports team goals.
