Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Service Representative in Georgia to support clients through the policy lifecycle. You will handle inquiries, process changes, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver responsive service.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree a plus), prior customer service experience in insurance, knowledge of commercial insurance products, strong communication skills, and an active P&C license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred, ideally in insurance.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and terminology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 or similar agency management software.
• Active P&C license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide information on insurance products, coverage options, terms, payments, and claims processes.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management software.
• Investigate and resolve client questions and service issues.
• Escalate complex matters to appropriate internal teams and ensure resolution.
• Maintain organized client documentation and support compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and other teams to address client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and client experience.
