Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial products, services, regulations, and requirements.
• 3–5 years commercial/business lending & servicing experience in financial services.
• Proven success in sales and production roles in financial services.
• Personal smartphone required (multi-factor authentication).
• Standard office tools usage.
• Reports To: VP Commercial Lending.
• Physical Requirements: Sitting frequently and Walking occasionally.
• Frequent use of hands, hearing, talking and lifting up to 10 lbs. occasionally

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet production goals.
• Represent Elevations Credit Union in the business community as a preferred lender.
• Solicit and process commercial loan applications with accurate member data.
• Serve as primary member contact throughout loan lifecycle.
• Ensure timely communication and end-to-end deal execution with internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends and commercial lending conditions.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Manage and maintain active commercial loan portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
